Recently I got a visit from Jason Sett of “the UPROOTED CREW”  This local SGV streetwear brand.  Before meeting Jason I barely knew about the UPROOTED brand, I knew they supported my rapper Toestah and that they were from my neighborhood.  

So Jason came by and dropped off some shirts for me, and I love it when people do that :].  We got to chop it up about his company and shared some stories of the mutual friends that we had.  Kind of told me his story of growing up in the SGV.  He shared with me the story and vision he had for Uprooted.  Kid definitely has a good idea of what he wants to do and excited to see whats in store.  Its really cool to see this SGV movement of different clicks of kids starting up their own businesses.  I think thats pretty rad that they’re are peeps like him out there right now pushing for the movement.
